It feels...particularly insane to say that. that i published an entire series this year. hell, i published an entire series in three-quarters of a year.
8.5 months.
4 books.
4 couples.
nearly 400,000 words.
to say this series has changed my life as an author would be a gross understatement, but i'll admit, I certainly had my doubts in the beginning. wine or lose kind of flopped, and while it was crushing, i picked myself up, dusted myself off, and vowed to do better with the next one.
that was it. two words. do. better.
pour decisions was...eye-opening for me. a release that showed me i could do this, could make a legitimate go at it, and could make my dreams of becoming a full time writer a reality if i just kept pushing and putting my heart and soul into my books.
perfect pairing and a vine mess certainly accomplished that for me as well.
it will never not be crazy to me that this fictional small town in an area of my amazing home state that i love so much has resonated with so many people, not only across the country, but across the world.
that's literally all i can ask for.
so thank you. thank you to every single person who has been in my corner from day one, and to every single person who has stepped into the mandaverse along the way. i couldn't do any of this without you.
